Human Growth and Development - Elkin City Schools will be working with Compassion Care to provide the Sex Education Unit required by the NC General Assembly.  Compassion Care has developed their program based in part on Relationships Under Construction.  Posted below are links to these resources as well as the outlines for 7th and 8th grade units.  Should parents prefer their children not participate in this educational unit, there will be an opportunity to opt out.
